Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buxarpay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1 Service Provider Information

Platform Name: Buxarpay

Service Type: Individual Digital Service Provider (Unregistered Sole Proprietorship)

Important Note: This platform is operated by an individual service provider. Business registration will be obtained as the business scales. Currently operating legally as an unregistered individual under Indian law.

2 Service Balance System

2.1 What is Service Balance?

  • Service Balance is a prepaid balance that you add to your account to use our digital services
  • This is NOT a bank account, prepaid balance, or payment instrument
  • Service Balance can ONLY be used for availing services on our platform
  • Service Balance does NOT earn any interest
  • Service Balance is NON-TRANSFERABLE to other users
  • Service Balance is NOT insured or guaranteed by any regulatory authority

2.2 Adding Service Balance

  • Minimum addition: ₹100
  • Maximum addition: ₹10,000 per transaction (subject to KYC level)
  • Payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards
  • Service Balance is credited instantly upon successful payment
  • Payment gateway charges may apply

Critical Information

Service Balance is NON-REFUNDABLE to your bank account. It can ONLY be used for services on our platform. In case of account closure, remaining balance will be refunded after deducting 15% administrative charges and applicable taxes. Processing time: 15-30 working days.

3 Eligibility Criteria

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have valid PAN card and Aadhaar card
  • Have active mobile number linked with Aadhaar
  • Have valid bank account for transactions
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Not be barred from using financial services under applicable laws

4 User Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Verify ALL details before submitting any transaction
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Report any unauthorized access immediately
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account

5 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Users are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:

  • Using services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activities
  • Providing fake, forged, or manipulated documents
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials
  • Attempting to hack, bypass security, or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools
  • Misrepresenting services to end customers
  • Conducting fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

STRICT ACTION: Violation will result in IMMEDIATE account suspension, forfeiture of entire service balance, and legal action under Indian Penal Code and IT Act.

6 Limitation of Liability

6.1 Services Provided "As Is"

All services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

6.2 Third-Party Dependencies

We are NOT responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party service providers (NSDL, banks, telecom operators, payment gateways, etc.). Their terms and conditions also apply.

6.3 User Errors

We are NOT liable for any losses due to incorrect information provided by users (wrong mobile number, account details, PAN number, etc.). Always verify before submitting.

6.4 Technical Issues

We are not liable for service disruptions due to server maintenance, network issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total cumulative liability shall NOT EXCEED the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are NOT liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7 Account Termination

7.1 By User

  • You may close your account by contacting support
  • Service balance will be refunded after deducting 15% admin charges + GST
  • Processing time: 15-30 working days

7.2 By Service Provider

  • Violation of these terms - Immediate suspension
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities - Immediate suspension
  • Regulatory or legal requirements
  • NO REFUND in case of violations or fraud

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at service provider's location
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before litigation
  • Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English or Hindi

9 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

महत्वपूर्ण नोट: यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म एक व्यक्तिगत सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा संचालित है। व्यवसाय बढ़ने पर पंजीकरण प्राप्त किया जाएगा। वर्तमान में भारतीय कानून के तहत अपंजीकृत व्यक्ति के रूप में वैध रूप से संचालित।

2 सेवा बैलेंस प्रणाली

2.1 सेवा बैलेंस क्या है?

  • सेवा बैलेंस एक प्रीपेड बैलेंस है जिसे आप हमारी डिजिटल सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए अपने खाते में जोड़ते हैं
  • यह बैंक खाता, वॉलेट या भुगतान साधन नहीं है
  • सेवा बैलेंस का उपयोग केवल हमारे प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर सेवाओं के लिए किया जा सकता है
  • सेवा बैलेंस पर कोई ब्याज नहीं मिलता
  • सेवा बैलेंस अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं को हस्तांतरणीय नहीं है

महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी

सेवा बैलेंस आपके बैंक खाते में रिफंड योग्य नहीं है। इसका उपयोग केवल सेवाओं के लिए किया जा सकता है। खाता बंद करने पर, 15% प्रशासनिक शुल्क और लागत करों की कटौती के बाद शेष राशि वापस की जाएगी। प्रोसेसिंग समय: 15-30 कार्यदिवस।

3 पात्रता मानदंड

  • 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु
  • भारत का निवासी
  • वैध पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड
  • आधार से लिंक सक्रिय मोबाइल नंबर
  • लेनदेन के लिए वैध बैंक खाता

4 प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियाँ

उपयोगकर्ताओं को सख्ती से निषिद्ध है:

  • मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग या गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों के लिए सेवाओं का उपयोग
  • नकली दस्तावेज़ प्रदान करना
  • एकाधिक खाते बनाना
  • खाता क्रेडेंशियल्स साझा करना

सख्त कार्रवाई: उल्लंघन पर तुरंत खाता निलंबन, पूर्ण सेवा बैलेंस जब्ती और भारतीय दंड संहिता के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई होगी।
