- • All services provided "AS IS" without any warranties
- • We do NOT guarantee service availability, accuracy, or reliability
- • We do NOT guarantee PAN card approval or bank account opening
- • Processing times are estimates only and may vary
- • Third-party approvals (NSDL, banks) are beyond our control
3. Third-Party Services
Our platform facilitates access to third-party services:
- • NSDL: PAN card processing (we are NOT NSDL)
- • Banks: Account opening (subject to bank approval)
- • Telecom operators: Recharge services
- • Payment gateways: Payment processing
We are NOT responsible for:
- • Third-party service failures or delays
- • Rejection by NSDL, banks, or operators
- • Changes in third-party terms or pricing
- • Technical issues on third-party platforms
4. Financial Disclaimer
Service Balance
- • Service Balance is NOT a bank account or prepaid balance
- • Service Balance is NOT insured by any authority
- • Service Balance does NOT earn interest
- • Service Balance is NON-REFUNDABLE to bank accounts
Taxes and Charges
- • All prices are subject to change without notice
- • GST and other taxes are extra and non-refundable
- • Payment gateway charges may apply
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT shall we be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in services
- Service interruptions or security breaches
- Actions or decisions made based on our services
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability shall NOT EXCEED the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

- • सभी सेवाएं "जैसा है" बिना किसी वारंटी के प्रदान की जाती हैं
- • हम सेवा उपलब्धता या विश्वसनीयता की गारंटी नहीं देते
- • हम पैन कार्ड अनुमोदन या बैंक खाता खोलने की गारंटी नहीं देते
- • तीसरे पक्ष की मंजूरी हमारे नियंत्रण से बाहर है
3. देयता सीमा
किसी भी स्थिति में हम उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे:
